Heart Shaped Waffles Are Delicious!
This is how we make vafler.
- 4 Large Eggs – Separated
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine Melted
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Beat egg yolks and sugar until light and foamy.
Add cooled melted butter, milk and vanilla extract.
Sift flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture.
Add salt and beat well together.
Beat egg whites until stiff and carefully fold into flour mixture.
Bake and serve.
